So August 1st will be the 3 year anniversary of Missourimitsu.com. We have had a few small meets in KC the last 2 anniversaries. So What are we doing for this meet? The original plan way back when was that we would alternate every year between KC, STL, Midmo and any other active areas. So Maybe STL would like to host it this year? Just needs to be a nice little organised meet. Maybe have it at a restraunt like Hooters(This worked great for the 1 year anni meet). Who is up for the challege of planning it? I will help of course.

KC is a good place we have alot of small meets so lets make the next one biger. yes the kc crew is geting biger by the day as well.

I'd have it in mid mo so that most everyone can go. I know that if you have it in stl, most KC people arent going to make the trip, and vice versa.

Yes but this means its all up to me to plan it. I put alot of time and money into the Big Mitsu meet every year already. Plus its only 2 months after the 4th annual meet, we need a change of scenory(spelling?)

Good call I think to get the most members out midmo would be better.

I might talk to the hooters here in COMO but they have a tiny parking lot.

The Buffalo Wild Wings in St. Charles has a big parking lot.

Is it set up like the Wild Wings in St. Pete? I havnt been to St. Chodes. If it is, then its included in a strip mall type deal, and Im sure the other stores will bitch and moan about all their parking space taken up. Better to have it at a place like Chili's in St. Peters...its included with the big ass mall parking lot.

Well, the one in St. Charles is in the giant plaza with Bass Pro and whatnot. There should be plenty of parking.

I think it would be great to have the meet in STL this year. The KC guys and gals could meet me in boonvilleand cruise up there together.

So what time frame are you thinkin for the meet?

I've always liked hotshots in fenton better than Hooters IMO. But I can make it to a COMO meet or an STL meet... KC would be a 3-4hr drive one way. so I'd have to play that one by ear to see if I can make one of those.

start using Mozilla Firefox. it will put a red line under your misspelled words and then you can right click on em, and it shows spelling suggestions for ya. ;)

Thats an idea! The lake would be an absolute blast! Meet, cruise, go carting, nightscene at the strip. Im down.

Sounds like fun. I would be much more likely to make it to the meet this way as opposed to it being in KC.

This is starting to sound like a plan. The lake is a great place to have a meet, so much to do and see, and it is centrally located.

The plan was the anny meet was going to be switched from KC to COMO to STL each year. Also the official date was Aug 4th '06, so we do it the first weekend in Aug. I really don't care, but the BWW in St. Chas is a HUGE area for parking.
